SHIPPING POLICY

Most orders will ship within 4-7 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS or FEDEX for a flat rate charge of $6 USD. Once shipped, a tracking number is sent to the email address used to place an order. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

As much as we love traveling the world, unfortunately we are not offering international orders at this time.

MISSING PACKAGES

Orders are only shipped to the address that you indicate. Please ensure that the address entered at checkout is correct. Get Fine Apparel is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages by the postal service. After shipment, you will need to contact your local branch regarding any packages.

REROUTED PACKAGES

Please ensure shipping address is correct upon receiving order confirmation email. If your tracking information states “notice left” please contact USPS to reschedule delivery before 14 days. Otherwise your item will be returned to us. If an address error is made please email us within 5 hours of confirmation email. Once orders are processed for shipment, changes cannot be made. You will be contacted via email when your rerouted package is delivered and processed into our inventory. 

UNDELIVERED ITEMS

If items are undeliverable to you by the courier/postal services these orders will be held for a defined period of time (varies per company) for you to collect. If uncollected items exceed this limit, they will be returned to us as the sender. All items will be automatically refunded and returned to stock. You will be notified via email of the refund once processed.
